A little help with writers block

I would like to share some ideas that have been floating around in my head. They are plots for stories thay I have no inclination to write because they would take too long to research. However, I know there is some one some where that has the gifts to bring these stories to life but maybe needs an idea for a plot. I'm sending these ideas out to inspire others.
plot 1
One idea that has been circulating in my head is about a retired police detective and international intrigue. The main charactor has received a sizable inheritance and is approached by an old friend about possibly investing in a land developement project in the Balkans. This friend was once an up and coming politian until a scandal put an end to his career. While the main charactor is thinking about the offer, this friend is murdered. This sends the main charactor on a journey to a small town in the Balkans. The latest news in this town is that an ancient chapel has been discovered in the basement of a local curmudgeon who recently passed away. The chapel was filled in with soil long ago and a team of archaeolgists have only uncovered a small portion of a mosaic tiled wall. The image that can be seen is the faces of three angels. The main charactor discovers that there is a group of gangters involved as the plot thickens. The clues lead to an art museum and one of the paintings. Oddly enough the main charactor is followed by three locals who resemble the angels in the chapel. How does it all work out? Perhaps the mystery is tied in with the friends estranged wife.
plot 2
Here’s a warning to all the writers who have started a novel and haven't bothered to finish it. This plot involves a young woman who started a fantasy novel a few years ago and set it aside just as the characters were in the middle of a barren wasteland with no food, water or hygiene products. She is relaxing in her room with her two cats when she hears a great commotion in the living room of her small apartment. It turns out that the characters in her novel have come to complain about their plight. There is a handsome hero type, at least he would be if he had a bath. There is a tall amazon type that wears a leather bodice split down to her navel. She constantly complains about it. There is a very large man who wears hairy clothes. There is fairy sized character that is really obnoxious and a wizard who is fond of trying on the main character’s clothes. The least repulsive character is a talking animal. In fact it helps out by eating junk mail. The writer berates herself for creating such rude characters. They keep her hopping. They eat all her food and use every dish in her small kitchen. The man in hair clothes plugs up the toilet. All the characters stink really bad and none of them will take showers. The writer's bathroom is too small for a tub. After the food is gone they start eyeing the cats. What will the writer do? Maybe her cats have the answer.
plot 3
This next story is about a woman who is annoyed by sudden and inexplicable vision of horror. She is sitting in a boring meeting one day at her work place when an image of disaster enters her head. She goes from bored to depressed. Sick of this sort of thing happening, she begins research into why this is happening to her. Modern psychology can’t help her, she doesn’t want to take medications for it and other than the visions, there is nothing else wrong. Finally she uncovers something so bazaar that at first she dismisses it as rubbish. It seems there is an item that is like a veil, but invisible. Legend has it that it came from the depths of Hell and that is was woven out of negative thoughts gathered by demons. Although is was invisible, under special conditions the veil could be seen. The woman decides to take a chance that this may be what is bothering her. She embarks on an adventure that leads her over several continents and through the darkest deeds of humanity. On her journey she learns of an evil magician who once wore the veil and how he used it. Apparently this thing attaches itself to a person and does not leave until death, after which it finds another host. The magician found a way to transfer the veil to someone else, at least temporarily. He found that the minds of others would be easier to control, and if they died as a result of wearing the veil (and they often did) he didn’t care. The woman is overjoyed when she learns of the method of ridding herself of this thing, but joy turns to despair because she realizes that someone else would suffer. What will she do? Perhaps she can figure how to get rid of it without making someone else suffer.
